Health and Safety

We just had the facilitators in charge of Health and Safety come around to talk, they just asked about what processes we are going through to make sure everything is clean. I don't think it has been posted on here before so I'll run through quickly...

-the bottles are all brand new and never been used.
-we have enquired (never got a response) about using the sanitiser that should be available in the kitchen off the great hall. If we can use that then we can just sanitise and then bottle the punch straight after. 
-ideally we will have caps, as my post below mentioned. We would be able to cap the drinks and they would all be nice and sealed up!
