Hey guys this is the type of thing I was looking at creating with white streamers to guide people through the dark space is the way that we spoke about at the meeting. What do you think of the idea ?

Finished Recipe Cards

Will print out 16 of each so that if someone needs to see if they are allergic to anything or if they just want to know the recipe for later.

Music

We have been organising music with other dark room groups, Crytstal has made a spotify list for us which we have been adding music too. Since we are in the room we are away from all of the music in the great hall therefore the groups in the dark room thought its would be nice if we all contributed to a music playlist for the day

Punch flavours

Hayley izzy and I all helped to resolve the favourite punch flavours and tested them out on friends and family and from there got the final flavours

Lemon twist:

1/8th of lemon 

10ml honey

240ml carbonated water

Orange and passion fruit:

20ml passionfruit syrup 

20ml orange syrup

240ml carbonated water 

Raspberry apple rhubarb

20ml rhubarb syrup 

20ml apple syrup 

10ml raspberry schweeps

The most popular we found was probably the orange followed closely by raspberry and then lemon 

Decorations

Josh originally had the idea of putting fairy lights above us for a nice decoration. However after talking to the cat scratch team who are using the black light we discussed other options for decorations, and decided on an option that would work well with the black light:

Originally we tried using foam cups however the foam did not light up in the black light. So I brought 60 plastic cups and stuck paper on the outer shell and the inner. I cut holes in the top to attach each cup together with strings. There are 6 plain white rows with 5 cups in each row and there 6 rows of pattern cups. When they are put together closely like the image above they come to just over 1m. I think this should be enough but to be sure we can start setting up Monday and see how it looks.

The idea of these cups is that it will help decorate our stall and create a market like place the paper will glow in the dark light.

Bottle progress

Over the last couple of weeks my main focus has been on getting the bottles decorated for the market, which is next Wednesday. 

So far I have sandblasted 59, there's about 18 with vinyl to be peeled off and 20ish that need to be sandblasted still. 

That means there is only around twenty left to do! I'm really pleased with how this has been progressing and I think we will have enough for the market on Wednesday!

I cut some more vinyl, the patterns came out smaller than I expected but they will still look good so feel free to stop by industrial and cut a section off.
